Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one 77bca account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be immediately closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household share a device or network, please contact us in advance.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount at 77bca. Required documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill)
• Documentation for the payment method used (if required)

77bca supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Each payment method has its own limits and processing times.

Deposit Rules

• Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Where cash-out is available, bets on select markets may be cancelled before or during a match.

• 77bca accounts offer the ability to set deposit limits, session limits, and loss limits.
• A cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) can be selected for a temporary break.

• This platform is strictly prohibited for users under 18 years of age.

77bca reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions or fraudulent activity.
• Registering with false information.
• Managing multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Suspected violation of anti-money laundering laws.

Members may also request account closure at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure (except in cases of terms violations).

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Account security breaches caused by the member's own actions.
• Delays caused by third-party services (payment gateways).
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events.
